Compliance first
Before any commercial steps, we check with lawyers whether the product, the company and the counterparties fall under sanctions or export-control restrictions in your jurisdiction and in Russia. We support only arrangements that comply with applicable law and do not advise on circumventing restrictions.
Structure and settlements
We select legal, accounting and payment providers through our partner network and coordinate them. Bookkeeping and tax in Russia are handled by partners; we make sure the head office receives reporting in a form it understands, including under IFRS.
Negotiations in English and Spanish
We are a bridge between the parties: we know Russian business practice and speak to the foreign side in its own language. We negotiate in person, without an interpreter.
Terms
An advance for scoping, a success fee when a deal is signed, and further support at a reduced hourly rate.
Example
A European equipment manufacturer receives enquiries from Russian buyers but does not know whether it can lawfully supply them or how it would be paid. It needs a check of the restrictions, a reliable importer and a workable settlement arrangement.
